The Democrats for years have been telling me that they are the victims of the Republican attack machine and that Republicans are responsible for taking politics into the gutter. Yet look how nasty the Dems are getting with each other. In contrast, look how cordial the Republican nomination process has been. Interesting, isn’t it?

It just proves the fact that they care nothing about issues or ideals and everything about getting in power. They will do or say anything to get elected and stay in office. Their opinions change with the wind and they do all the bad things that they accuse the Republicans of doing and then deny it. When the Republicans point out the hypocrisy they call us hate mongers or bigots. I’m so sick of their antics, and I can’t understand why people continue to vote for them. Oh wait, yes I do. It’s because of the entitlements.

  2. k w says:

Uh, it’s called a political campaign. Anybody old enough to see and appreciate a few races, would know that!
You ain’t seen nothing’ yet – McCain is in hot water…again.
Seems that proud denial he gave last week was a bit of an overstatement. Turns out he did more than politely ask the FCC to make a determination for his lobbyist friend’s client.

  3. fdm215 says:

So now we are seeing the true colors, aren’t we? Hillary will say and act out anything that the campaign bosses tell her to convince the people that she is the one. Her primary motivation is power, not the needs of the people. But because so much of her show was an act, and people saw through it, now she is getting desparate and we see her as she really is.
If that’s not the answer, then it must have something to do with the vast right wing conspiracy.

  4. amabO says:

Get your facts straight. Obama is not running a nasty campaign. Hillary is. In fact, wherever the Clintons are, there is corruption. It was true in Clinton’s administration and it is true now. The entire nation is beginning to see through their lies and manipulations. Hillary has hit rock bottom in this regard!

  5. American Beauty says:

I think Obama has pretty much just been running his campaign – he responds to attacks on him but hasnt made any attacks.

  6. In another place says:

That’s the way politics are in this country. Someone has to attack someone else or it would be boring.

  7. Anastasia Beaverhousen says:

The race between them is too close for comfort and they’re getting rabid. Haven’t the Republicans always been a more classy and cordial group?

  8. Fed up! says:

I guess it just shows who causes all the problems in this country. I think it is hilarious that all the liberals on here keep saying it is the republicans who are trying to imply that Obama is a muslim. The last thing in the world that I, and most republicans, want is for Hillary to get the nomination. Why on earth would we say anything bad about Obama? We don’t need to say anything about Hillary because she just keeps digging her hole bigger. It is nice to just sit back and watch it all play out.

  9. Rich people employ me says:

welcome to the politics of america!
    edit:::
hey mnl…………i also wrote the same!

  10. fizzdude fan! says:

The republicans vs. democrat labels are so irrelevant right now. Politicians are politicians. What’s important is who is for this country…meaning everyone.

  11. lacedout says:

It’s an election and this is politics. They need to get their respective messages out and they’re doing it. This “play nice together crap” is absurd. Do what you need to do to win, that’s all that counts in politics.
If I was Hillary, I’d take B. Hussein Obama down in a scorched earth blitz that would expose him, his racism, his church, his collection of nefarious associates, his Islamic “roots” and his collection of lies.

  12. Bite My Shiny Metal says:

They are running scared because they know a McCain victory is in the near future.
John McCain! Four more years of Bush-Like Brilliance, Strength, Integrity, and Leadership!
    John McCain/ David Duke 2008!

  13. tdgaines says:

Democrats and liberals by default are “control freaks” they want to “micro manage” your very existence on the planet. Since they believe deep in their hearts that they know what is best for you and for yours. What we are witnessing with Barrack and Hillary are just warnings of the shades of things to come.

  14. 4score says:

What is so nasty about it? I think its been pretty friendly other than the Clinton’s are racist emails I’ve been getting for the past month.

  15. forestby says:

Started by Hillary side and the process continues! After all, this is a political game with no rules and regulations!

    Hilary could get nastierhttp://www.mywire.com/pubs/PRNewswire/20…http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PA… http://www.suntimes.com/news/sweet/81125… http://www.tucc.org/about.htm -Obama’s church
Here is a link to an article in said church’s magazine “Trumpet” in which they interview Louis Farrakhan (of Nation of Islam fame). It is a dual issue so you have to scan past the first issue with it’s table of contents to get to the second issue and it’s table of contents to find the article. (I know that it’s confusing.) They and Obama are not Muslim however, they describe Louis Farrakhan as “The Honorable minister Louis Farrakhan!” Again, go there and read for yourself so you can draw your own conclusions. http://www.trumpetmag.com/pdf/nov_dec_ma… Personally, Farrakhan and honorable are two words I see as difficult to utter in the same breath. I see him as a minister of radical racism and hatred. Now come back to Obama’s religious beliefs and ask yourself what you can expect from him…. http://www.freedomsenemies.com/_more/oba…http://www.christiantoday.com/article/ke… http://www.cbn.com/CBNNews/News/040914a.…

The hypocricy of the Democrat Party is the TRUTH

  18. nepalmer says:

Obviously the Republicans are the only decent politicians in this country… did i just say “decent” politicians, ouch. Anyways, the democrats are so divided that if either is elected President, the country will be as divided as republicans and democrats are, just inside the democratic party.

  19. hajec7 says:

Its all about politics. That just shows you what kind of country we live in. Its not about what people will do for our country or what problems they will be solving but who has the scandel and money.

  20. stephani says:

Obama doesn’t have as much history as HRC, so hard to say on him. But HRC does have a long, long history of being incredibly INTOLERANT and manipulative.
You want a little insight into how Hillary operates off camera, read ‘Dereliction of Duty’. It’s written by a former military aide of President Clinton, but addresses Hillary’s um, ‘input’ .
    Very eye-opening!
Add: Also check out the website of another former Clinton staffer, Dick Morris. This guy was ’screwed’ by the Clintons and holds nothing back in dishing on them.

  21. Terry says:

Are you all drooling idiots?…Democrat, Republican it doesnt matter…you are all ignorant….vote for the man who is most competent….it has nothing to do with party

  22. Mattimus Prime IS AMERICA! says:

That is politics, the republicans will bring their claws out when it comes down to McCain and the democratic nominee. They are probably gathering dirt on both of the candidates right now, so that they have their smear campaigns ready for whoever they are up against. Do not act like republicans are above dirty politics in any way.

  23. marop says:

I’d be willing to bet that you won’t be able to make that statement AFTER the dems select a mominee.

  24. don c says:

You must have missed the California debate. McCain got as nasty as he could be against Romney. In the South Carolina debate Thompson was just as nasty to Huckabee. Romney was just as nasty in the Iowa campaign. Huckabee has been the only civil candidate out there. If you don’t have a message then you use attacks. Goes to show which one has a real message.
